Social & community support
Get out of the house, join community activities, connect with others, and build the life you want, with a team member who knows you.
Learn more →Supportr builds a small, consistent team around each participant. You see the same familiar faces visit after visit. They know your routines, your preferences, and how you communicate.
Every service we provide ties back to what you want to achieve, not a generic package.
Get out of the house, join community activities, connect with others, and build the life you want, with a team member who knows you.
Learn more →Assistance with the everyday tasks that keep life on track: personal care, meal preparation, appointments and household routines.
Learn more →Support delivered in your home, on your schedule. From a few hours each week to daily visits, always with familiar team members.
Learn more →Structured group programs where participants build skills, friendships and confidence, run by experienced team members in your area.
Learn more →Most providers assign whoever is available. You meet someone different every time. That person starts from scratch each visit, learning what you need.
Supportr works differently. When you start with us, we build a small team around you and keep them consistent. The same people show up. They learn your routines, your preferences, how you communicate. Over time, support gets easier and more effective because your team actually knows you.
About SupportrIf you're in South East Queensland, there's a good chance we already have a team working near you. We run support across the region — Moreton Bay, Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Redlands, Bayside, and the full length of the Gold Coast.
Supportr works with self-managed and plan-managed participants. We are not currently registered with the NDIS, so we do not work with NDIA-managed (agency-managed) plans.
You manage your own NDIS funds and pay providers directly. You choose who supports you and how your budget is spent.
How self-management works →A registered plan manager handles your payments. You still choose your own providers, including unregistered providers like Supportr.
How plan management works →Also called agency-managed. The NDIA pays providers directly, and you can only use registered providers. Supportr is not available under this plan type.
Learn about plan types →Our team members have experience supporting people with a wide range of conditions. Every support plan starts with understanding your situation.
"For the first time since joining the NDIS, the same two people come every week. They actually know what my son needs. That took years off my stress levels."
"I had a different support worker almost every visit with my old provider. With Supportr it's the same team. They know my routine now and we don't have to go through everything again each time."
"I called on a Monday and had someone visit by Wednesday for a meet and greet. The process was simple and they explained everything clearly."
Call us or fill in the contact form. We'll ask a few questions about your support needs, your NDIS plan type, and where you're located.
We visit you (or meet by phone or video) to understand what you want to achieve and how you like to be supported. No obligation.
We match you with a small group of team members based on your needs, location, and preferences. You meet them before support begins.
Support starts on a schedule that works for you. Your team stays consistent: same people, same standard, visit after visit.
