In-home support
Help keeping your home safe, clean, and running smoothly, so you can spend your energy on the things that matter to you.
What this support looks like
In-home support covers the domestic and household tasks that keep your home liveable and safe. For many participants, difficulty with these tasks is what makes living independently challenging. We help. Your team learns how your home runs: where things go, how you like them done, what your priorities are, so they can work efficiently without disrupting your space. The goal is a home that feels yours, maintained the way you prefer it.
What it includes

- Laundry: washing, drying, folding, ironing
- Linen changes and bed making

- Light outdoor tasks: sweeping paths, watering plants
- Home safety checks

Questions about in-home support
In-home support (also called assistance with household tasks) is typically funded under Core Supports: Assistance with Daily Life. Check your plan or speak with your plan manager to confirm your funding categories.
Absolutely. Your home, your rules. We work to your list and your priorities. If you want certain areas left alone, we respect that.
That is our default approach. We build a small team around each participant and aim for consistency. You will recognise the faces coming through your door.
Generally, we use what you have at home to avoid compatibility issues or allergies. If you want us to bring specific products, let us know and we can arrange that.
